Outside AI subscriptions, the three checkouts that block people most often are games, streaming and advertising accounts. This category is blunt about what a card can do: it fixes a decline, but it does not change a store's regional pricing; streaming refusals usually come down to two settings on the card side; and changing an ad account's billing currency is possible on some platforms but not free: Meta allows it on a stated cycle only when the account carries no balance (accounts on monthly invoicing cannot change it at all), and its own page says the switch creates a new ad account while the old one closes and its ads stop running, while a brand-new virtual card is more likely to be held for review. Each page sticks to what the official help pages actually say, marks the gaps as gaps, and carries the date it was checked.
